Three trees. One very good table.

3 Trees began with a simple idea — a calm, green place to eat well, any time of day. The courtyard is built around three old trees that shade the tables and give the cafe its name.

The kitchen doesn't stay in one place. Morning brings health bowls and proper big breakfasts; lunch runs from hand-rolled sushi and flame-grilled steaks to curries, burgers and wraps. It's family food from all over the world, made fresh and served generously.

It opens with coffee.

The doors open at half seven. First light through the leaves, the best cappuccino in Lusaka, and a fruit bowl or a proper big breakfast to start the day slow.
